I found out that my wife had been sleeping with another man for 2 months, Its hard t forgive something like that. I do not know how to deal with it, the pictures of it keep on playing over and over in my head nonstop. Its driving me crazy. We also have 2 kids, and i just keep asking myself, why did she do this, I dont understand. She begged for forgivness, and said she was sorry. But how do i know she is sincere. At first i told her i wanted a divorce, then she begged me not to, and cried. ect..... I am staying with her, but I get angry and upset all the time. I need some advice
