I am single, and I have been involved in affairs with at least 10 married men over the last 25 years. Every one of them loved their wives, but each of those wives were so involved with everything BUT their husbands, that their husbands turned to me for friendship, for conversation, for passion, or just generally to associate with someone who gave a hoot about them. One affair lasted off and on for 15 years, the others 1 or 2 years..and in each case the relationships either began as, or translated into friendships. Some ot these affairs were highly sexually charged, others not. But, trust me, men who feel loved, trusted, appreciated and desired do not cheat. Stop blaming, feeling hurt, worrying about "forgiving".. take a hard look and work on the relationship.
