incidentally, my H and I have already attended counseling. In fact, we attended for 5 months and made a lot of headway, but now I feel like I am slipping back sometimes. I don't think counseling will help anymore at this point. I know that the key is within myself and I pray to God to release me from this inner turmoil and hell, because that is exactly what it feels like. I know there is no magic answer, but I keep wishing there were.
