Thank you. I realize I've been 'stuffing' emotions alot over the years, and now I'm letting them come out, so this is probably why I am now questioning whether I really forgave or not. Maybe I forgave with my head but not my heart? I don't wish him harm, I actually get on alright with him. Also (sorry for not being clearer) I am an adult (26) and the abuse stopped about 18yrs ago.
