It may sound extreme, but give it a try.
There is great power and release in this simple, yet
difficult exercise. An honest and sincere letter of
forgiveness makes it a piece of business.
No need to send the letter. You can keep it and write
"debt canceled" across the front of it, you can burn
it, or just pitch it in the trash. But don't under-
estimate the power of expressing yourself in writing.
