You say you have thought about "taking the permanent escape." That is a statement which I take seriously. Of course, it doesn't necessarily mean that you will do that [and I certainly hope you won't!], but it does seem to be an indication of the great depth of your pain.
Again, please seek the caring, helping hand you need at this time. There are professionals who can help you. You don't need to carry this alone.
